Description
This is one out of three pin-up ladies I painted for Kennedy & Monk for the computer game “Battlestations Midway” from EIDOS. It was a different and very exiting experience working on these illustrations. They were heavily art directed by a very talented director, and we had a good time developing thisThe game is available on XBox-360 and PC.
Painted using Photoshop CS2 with a Wacom Intuos tablet. I spent MANY hours on this one, I don’t know how many exactly. We studied lots of pictures by old-school pin-up artists, like Vargas.
Original size is 10000 pixels tall.

the only anatomy problem I see (but then again I can't talk because my sense of anatomy is probably isn't that great) is that her left foot seems to be a bit bigger than her right.
not a major biggie though, you still rawk XD

I saw your step by step... is a lot better the fourth image (grayscale), you dont translate very well some shapes and values on the color version ,specially on her arms and face, I can see a more interesting volume and contrast in that grayscale version.
About the head I think you miss some construction lines in some stage of the process, Im not sure but I think the centerline isnn't logic if you have to translate the shapes into a side view profile, I mean, something is wrong there.
