Description
This painting was made for an article on values for ImagineFX magazine: http://www.imaginefx.com/02287754330362011443/imaginefx-issue-28.htmlThere's also a looong movie showing how I painted this piece on the dvd attached with this issue. This is the first time I've been recording whilst working, and it was a bit wonky. Guess I need a faster computer to be able to do this without noticing any lag, heh.
Anyways, just another of my tentacle pieces. The guy in question is a colleague and friend of mine named Trond, posing with his Cthulhu spawn pet.
Painted using Photoshop CS2 in about 4-5 hours.

Andy: Yup, more tentacles coming up, hehe. I have quite a few more which I have to wait to show because of NDA's and dates. Can't have too many tentacles. Harr-harr!

Are there any photos, you painted over?

monobots: It's all painted from scratch. I looked at a reference for the guy. There's a video in the current ImagineFX magazine showing the entire painting process.
